Refund Policy

All sales on Entora are final, except as required by law or as described below. Refunds are handled by the creator (Merchant of Record) of the resource you purchased. Entora does not process refunds directly.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the creator directly using the contact information provided on your purchase receipt or resource page. Each creator may have their own refund policy and criteria.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Disputes and chargebacks are handled by the creator and the payment processor (such as Stripe). Any fees or consequences resulting from disputes or chargebacks are the responsibility of the creator.

Payments & Stripe

Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. Entora does not hold customer funds or process payments directly. Statement descriptors on your bank statement will reflect the creator’s business, not Entora.
